The Reevaluating Religion Handbook, by NaturalView, is a personal adventure.

Reevaluating assumptions involves sorting and assessing the things we learned when we were young. Much of what we absorbed was from watching others. We learned how people reacted and we modeled actions and emotions until we made our own patterns. .

By looking at the foundations of our assumptions, we can separate our core values from the artifacts of the past. From this core strength we can move toward a future that is less encumbered. We can be free and productive. We can choose our personal ethics and values.

These workbooks are designed as self-help guides and are in no way are meant to replace professional therapy. If you are in a crisis situation please seek the help of trained psychology professionals.

Our friend Susan Yuen is a licensed therapist in EMDR and LMFT. Her life has been a personal journey of religious reevaluation.
